I envision the SHE foundation becoming one of the leading organisations working collaboratively with national and international bodies to improve lives of girl and women in Nigeria and beyond. I hope to expand the foundations programmes, outreaches, seminars and conferences to reach more communities especially to those where girls are underserved with what it takes to thrive to attain their full potentials. I hope to strengthen SHE Foundation's research and advocacy work so that it helps shape policies and encourages positive change; where our research work becomes the number reference journal for researchers, students, journalists, and international bodies for integrity and transparency.

I intend seeing the foundation as a sustainable organisation with dedicated staff and volunteers and supporters with aim to empower more girls and women through education, health programmes, skill development, mentorship, counselling and community outreach. In the next few years, I plan to see the foundation as the hope of every girl for enrolment and retention in schools till completion, for skill acquisition thereby making all girls empowered to live a sustainable and fulfilled life.
